Unlock your fearlessness

You likely know Rebecca as the woman who designs some of your favorite fashion items. But her design skill is just part of her success story. Her business acumen is unmatched.

In her book releasing this summer, Fearless, she shares the radical methods she used to make it in the fashion industry - arguably one of the most brutal industries on the planet. And now, she wants to give YOU a sneak peek at the lessons she has learned over the past decade of building a business and brand admired by many in our Motivation Mondays newsletter!

How to avoid the safe path

Rebecca shows us what her “safe path” would have been and ways she designed her lifestyle so she could thrive while taking risks and breaking the rules.

Getting clear on what you want

You can’t ask for directions if you don’t know where you want to go. Rebecca will highlight why it’s important to be prepared with your purpose if you’re asking someone for help.

Collaborating with fellow females

Women can be competitive! But are we making ourselves weaker by writing off helping others? The creator of the Female Founders Collective says YES.

Trusting your gut

What might be an opportunity for you is a waste of time to others. Experts say their method works, but they don’t know your goals. Get tips to listen to your inner voice.

A message from Rebecca...

Today, after two decades of early mornings, late nights, and good old fashioned hard work, I run a global brand that's available online and in over 900 retailers around the world. I also host a podcast called Superwomen and created the business network Female Founders Collective. And I live with my husband and three kids in Brooklyn.

Am I out of breath yet?

Along the way, I realized that there were many times when the world around me dictated what, where, how, and why something should be done, and everything in me said to rebel. This newsletter will open your eyes to the set of rules that I have learned for myself along the way to becoming the designer I am today.

My hope is that you'll use these rules to design your purpose too.

Let's do this. With love,

Rebecca
