Paul is a bestselling author of 15 books with HarperCollins Leadership and the American Management Association, and his consultancy specializes in leadership and management training, executive coaching, keynote speaking, and facilitating corporate offsite retreats.
Paul spent three decades in HR, including in roles as CHRO of Nickelodeon and the head of international human resources for Paramount Pictures. He’s also held senior HR leadership positions in healthcare/biotech and financial services across non-profit, union, and international environments.
